Impact of areas of strategic change in achieving total quality management requirements An investigation study for the administrative leaders opinion in the colleges of the University of Salahuddin - Erbil Abstract The research seeks to determine the relationship between impact areas of strategic change and total quality management requirements by application in Salahuddin University – Erbil .The research methodology was descriptive analytical study by using tool questionnaire and study community was colleges of University of Salahuddin-Erbil . Represented by Managerial leaders and study sample consisted of (97) questionnaire form. In general, the study tries to answer the questions: 1. Is there a clear perception of the areas of strategic change in Managerial leadership at Salahaddin university colleges -Erbil? 2. Is there a clear perception of total quality management requirements in Managerial leaders of Salahuddin unilversity colleges- Erbil? 3. What type of relationships correlate and impact between areas of strategic change and the requirements of total quality management in Managerial leadership of university Salahddin colleges- Erbil? In order to answer the above questions hypothetical model put to reflect the nature of the relationships between the areas of effectiveness strategic change and total quality management requirements and resulted in a set of assumptions about the President, which was tested using a number of statistical methods in data collected through questionnaire forms were distributed on Managerial leadership of Saladin university colleges. Thus, the most important conclusions reached a committed relationship and significant impact and positive between areas of strategic change and total quality management requirements and to a number of recommendations were identified. The impact of knowledge management processes on the field of strategic change, An analytic study for the academic leader's opinion in the colleges of the University of Salahuddin- Erbil Abstract Research seeks to describe knowledge management processes and areas of strategic change determine the role and impact between knowledge management processes and areas of strategic change through application in the faculties of the University of Salahuddin- Erbil ,. It was research methodology descriptive analytical study tool questionnaire and study community colleges of University of Salahuddin-Erbil with leaders and study sample consisted of (97) the academic leader's. In order to answer the above questions, Hypothetical model put to reflect the nature of the relations between the processes of management knowledge and strategic change areas and resulted in a set of assumptions about the President, which was tested using a number of statistical methods in data collected through questionnaire forms which distributed on Managerial leadership of Salahaddin university colleges. Thus, the most important conclusions reached there is a correlate relationship and impact significant and positive between knowledge application processes and areas of strategic change and knowledge a generate processes and knowledge a distribute processes knowledge a save processes and to a number of recommendations were identified. The abstract The Effect of Internal Environment Factors In Success Factors Of The Manufacturing, A Survey Study About The Opinions Of The Senjar Cement Factory Employees. This study attempt to specify the effect of some internal environment factors in success factors of the manufacturing in Senjar Cement Factory. The success factors of the manufacturing are playing a crucial role in success organization or its failure, so the organization trying to achieve these factors better than the rivals do, in order to keep it's permanently of companies , remaining, grow and the extension, these factors should affected by the environmental factors, so our study tried to deal with this subject, generally, the study tried to answer these questions: 1. Does the Senjar Cement Factory employees have a knowledge about the internal environment factors? 2. Does the Senjar Cement Factory employees have a conception about the success factors of the manufacturing? 3. What is the nature of correlation relations and the effect between the internal environment factors and the success factors of the manufacturing at Senjar Cement Factory? To answer all the questions above, an assumption sample had made to reflect the affect of relation nature between the internal environment factors and the success factors of the manufacturing, this results two main and group of some branch hypothesizes which had been tested by using some of statistical methods from collected data in questionnaire of the researched factory, this study reaches two important conclusions: 1. There are a moral relation between internal environment factors and the success factors of the manufacturing in Senjar Cement Factory. 2. There are a moral effect for the internal environment factors in the success factors of the manufacturing in Senjar Cement Factory. According to the conclusions above, some of appropriate recommendations had introduced with these conclusions, also another recommendations had been introduced in the future studies.

The concept of the Total Quality Management is one of the modern conception of Administration, In 1980s it has been applied in industrial sector in Japan and United States of America in order to improve the quality of production, this concept has been applied to public services generally and healthy services especially, the services characters participated of hesitation and delaying the use of the Total Quality Management philosophy in most of services institute. The hospital is one of the services institute which meet the main needs of the society. We have to give attention to this human requirements and trying to apply the Total Quality Management, considering as a philosophy fitting with the society requirements and needs. The research targeting to give the theoretical view for under research hospital employees about the concept and the target of Total Quality Management and its needs, besides the study which provide the main requirements of the Total Quality Management to be applied in under research hospital. The research needs answers for these questions: 1. Do the Rezkary Hospital employees have a knowledge about the Total Quality Management and its goals? 2. Is there a good imagine about the requirements of Total Quality Management. The research conclusions: The under research hospital is providing all requirements of Total Quality Management, so it fit most researcher's view. depending on the conclusions many recommendations had been submitted

Administrative corruption :Diagnosis And Analysis And Treatment According Proposal Model Abstract It is not disputable that all communities, east or west corrupted somehow and to some extant. The utopia that is not corrupted and has no corrupters, is no place on earth. We are not concerned in determining how much corruption is there, but in determining the expansion of it’s circle, the complication these circles and the combination of its mechanism to the level that threatens the futures of the whole communities. In general, this research tries to build an ideological and analytical frame of the administrative corruption based on the concept and features of this tube, analyzing in reasons behind this phenomenon, as well as the most important characteristics that distinguish the administrative corruption according to the ideas of scholars. The research considered the appropriate solutions for each range whether political, economical, legal social or administrative a cording to the aims of proposal model.
