Known banking business world major shift that logical consequence of the revolution of new technologies in information, communication and the globalization of financial markets, and this has led banks move towards development and to provide a new type of services is in line with what has become the world Hence, some believe that the banks move towards electronic banking But governance is the activity carried out by the administration, which is related to decisions that define expectations, grant power , or verify performance , which consists either of a separate process or of a specific part of management or leadership processes , in some cases, a group of people constitute the governance management these processes and systems . The aim of the research seeks to know the vulnerability of electronic banking governance in the research sample , and the statement of the nature of the relationship between banking and e- governance , and test the validity of the hypothesis Find the adoption of the model mechanism premise in the city of Dohuk, in addition to providing viable proposals for better governance of the application. Find a problem and lies next to wonder what is affected by the electronic banking in the civil governance of commercial banks in the city of Dohuk study impose affected by the electronic banking governance in the surveyed sample , because it touches the most sensitive issues for all communities and is the electronic banking. The researcher distributed 45 questionnaires to 10 banks in Dohuk city and 40 samples were valid for analysis. The aim of the research is to know the role of governance in electronic banking and to analyze the relationship between governance and electronic banking. The ability of commercial banks under study to apply governance in applying electronic banking. The study reached several results, including when applying electronic banking, the efficiency of the banks investigated in providing their services to customers increased and the coefficient of correlation was 0.822 The study ended with several proposals.
